We have been using Mars services for over two years now and they have provided us with quality services in both our HVAC and plumbing needs. After having gone through two conventional tank water heaters in less than 20 years in our new house we converted to a “tankless” heater. We had it installed by a plumber we knew with no problems, however, when it soon had an issue he could not correct. We had Mars come in and they contacted the manufacturer’s engineers and discovered it had a faulty gas valve (which was quickly sent with no charge), and had it replaced and working properly again. They also did a great job installing our new Duncan furnace this winter (2023). We have also had them replace kitchen and bath Delta fixtures in our home after they also made all the contacts and placed the orders with the Delta manufacturers in order to have them send the replacements according to their “free lifetime replacement” policy. Having made many calls to their office over these past two years the ladies in their office have always been wonderful to talk to and made arrangements to get service to us for all our needs as quickly as possible. I would highly recommend their company for any HVAC or plumbing needs.

How long it takes to repair a sewer line depends on a few factors such as the location of the pipe, the size of the pipe, and the type and extent of damage that has occurred. That being said, most sewer line repairs take one to three days to complete. However, more complex repairs can take up to a week to complete.
In order to get a proper estimate on the cost to repair your main sewer line, you will have to have a trusted plumbing expert from Mars Plumbing, Heating, Cooling, Sewer & Septic come out to your home and assess your sewer line and provide you a price quote.
The cost to clear a main sewer line depends on its size, location, and how clogged the pipe is. To get a quote on how much it will cost to clear your main line, call Mars Plumbing, Heating, Cooling, Sewer & Septic to have a certified plumber come out to your property and have a look at your main sewer line.
Yes, a broken sewer line can be dangerous. Damage to your main sewer line can cause significant structural damage to your home and if left untreated, can lead to cracks in your home’s foundation, a settled foundation, and/or even sinkholes (pools of septic waste). If you have a broken sewer line, call Mars Plumbing, Heating, Cooling, Sewer & Septic to have it repaired right away.
Over time toilet paper and other debris can clog up a sewer line as they get snagged on the tree roots that often infiltrate sewer lines. Flushing sanitary products, feminine hygiene products, facial tissues, paper towels, or even extra-thick toilet paper can severely clog up your sewer line over time. It is best to avoid flushing anything down your toilet other than toilet paper to avoid unnecessary sewer line clogs.
The main culprit of a collapsed sewer line is typically tree roots. Tree roots naturally seek out water so they are highly attracted to all of the moisture that exists within your sewer line. Unfortunately, these tree roots can end up growing into the actual pipe itself, through the joints, and after decades of use, the tree roots degrade from the constant exposure to moisture. Eventually, the sewer line itself will weaken to the point of completely collapsing. If you are struggling with a collapsed sewer line, call Mars Plumbing, Heating, Cooling, Sewer & Septic to help you replace it right away.
If you notice foul odors around your home, particularly around your drains and plumbing fixtures, you likely have an issue with your sewer line that will require professional attention as soon as possible.
Odd noises coming from your plumbing is often a sign that something is not right within your sewer line. If you hear gurgling noises coming from your kitchen or bathroom sinks, or when you fill up your tub with water, you could have a clog or break in your sewer line.
Random wet, soggy patches of grass within your yard generally indicate that your sewer line has a break in it and will need professional assistance immediately.
If most of your toilets, bathtubs, showers, and sinks are constantly clogging, there is an issue within your sewer line that is resulting in such consequences within your home’s plumbing system.
Arguably the worst symptom of a broken sewer line is all the sewage backup! When a severe clog is occurring in your sewer line, it can cause sewage backup in your drains. This is obviously not a very pleasant thing to deal with and the longer you wait to have it professionally repaired, the more extensive and expensive the repairs will be!
