We have been using Mars services for over two years now and they have provided us with quality services in both our HVAC and plumbing needs. After having gone through two conventional tank water heaters in less than 20 years in our new house we converted to a “tankless” heater. We had it installed by a plumber we knew with no problems, however, when it soon had an issue he could not correct. We had Mars come in and they contacted the manufacturer’s engineers and discovered it had a faulty gas valve (which was quickly sent with no charge), and had it replaced and working properly again. They also did a great job installing our new Duncan furnace this winter (2023). We have also had them replace kitchen and bath Delta fixtures in our home after they also made all the contacts and placed the orders with the Delta manufacturers in order to have them send the replacements according to their “free lifetime replacement” policy. Having made many calls to their office over these past two years the ladies in their office have always been wonderful to talk to and made arrangements to get service to us for all our needs as quickly as possible. I would highly recommend their company for any HVAC or plumbing needs.

Compared to traditional sewer line repair or replacement services, the trenchless sewer line service Mars Plumbing, Heating, Cooling, Sewer & Septic offers Collinsville, IL residents a less invasive method that is just as effective. With trenchless methods, the Mars Plumbing, Heating, Cooling, Sewer & Septic experts can get the same job done by digging only one or two small pits outside, which is just enough to access the pipe.
Trenchless sewer line services often refer to either trenchless sewer line repair or trenchless sewer line replacement. As the name suggests, there is no need for Mars Plumbing, Heating, Cooling, Sewer & Septic professionals to dig up your entire yard. This saves you the costs incurred by the labor involved in digging trenches. Some of the techniques Mars Plumbing, Heating, Cooling, Sewer & Septic employs for Collinsville, IL trenchless sewer line services include using sewer cameras to determine the problem and necessary solution, using specialized equipment to clean the sewer lines, and using an epoxy liner for repairs.
The trenchless sewer line services performed on your Collinsville, IL home will last just as long as what would be done in traditional sewer line services. Typically, the new piping or piping repairs Mars Plumbing, Heating, Cooling, Sewer & Septic installs will last for around 50 years! You shouldn’t have to worry about scheduling more repairs until you notice signs of sewer line trouble, at which point you should give Mars Plumbing, Heating, Cooling, Sewer & Septic a call.
When we perform trenchless sewer liner repair on your sewer line, our plumbing experts will not need to dig an entire trench around the sewer line pipe to replace it like we would using traditional methods. Instead, we utilize a method called “pipe bursting,” which only requires one small access hole to be dug. With trenchless methods, you don’t need to worry about your landscaping, driveway, or sidewalks being ripped up.
Traditional sewer line repair methods can sometimes take weeks to complete due to the nature of trench digging. This can be extremely disruptive to your everyday life. With trenchless sewer line repair, the job can typically be completed in less than a couple days, depending on the nature and complexity of your sewer line’s location and accessibility.
Trenchless sewer line repair is less expensive than traditional methods for a few reasons. Because they require no trenches, you will not need to spend money on re-landscaping your lawn or reconstructing your sidewalk and driveways after the repair. Secondly, the amount of time, labor, and materials required to complete a trenchless sewer line repair are not nearly as much traditional methods. Depending on the complexity of the job, a trenchless sewer line repair can be completed, on average, in about one to three days.
Digging trenches is obviously extremely disruptive to your home and your normal routines due to the loud, destructive nature. Additionally, it will affect your ability to use your plumbing. Considering traditional methods require about a week or so to complete, you will not have access to your plumbing for that amount of time and will also have to deal with loud noises throughout the process. Lastly, it is worth noting that your neighbors will also be affected by the loud nature of the repair as well. With trenchless technology, only a few access holes are required at most, and the job itself is not nearly as loud or intrusive as traditional methods.
With trenchless technology and pipe bursting methods, we are essentially able to create a pipe within a pipe for your sewer line. Many experts argue this is actually better than traditional sewer line repair because your existing sewer line is now twice as protected. If you choose to utilize trenchless sewer line repair, you can expect your sewer line to last for about fifty years.
