The HVAC Technician Role: (The Big Task)

Our HVAC Service technicians diagnose and repair issues within each customer’s home. The priority is the customer, providing options and ensuring a 5-star quality service with every interaction, every call, in every home.

HVAC Service technicians receive hourly pay between $17-$45+ with bonus incentives. 

What The HVAC Technician Will Do: (Key Sub Task)

• Follow processes to properly complete in-home HVAC service calls.
• Establish a customer rapport to offer solutions, provide the right service, and create an everlasting relationship
• Communicate with multiple departments within the organization to provide optimal customer service
• Maintain a clean, organized job site and truck
• Actively participate in all training exercises, morning meetings, and company events
• Other duties as assigned

What The HVAC Technician Needs:

• Knowledge of Local HVAC Codes
• Ability to Make on the Job Decisions
• 2+ year’s Residential HVAC Experience Preferred
• EPA Certification
• High School Diploma/GED
