  • How much do you charge per hour?

    The only hourly rate our plumbing and HVAC company has is for sewer cleaning. All plumbing, HVAC, and sewer/septic repairs and installation are given to you in writing before work begins.

  • Why do you charge for a consultation?

    If you choose not to have our HVAC and plumbing company do any work for you, we only collect $125 for the time of our service professional. When our service professional leaves, you will have in writing how much the investment will be as well as how the work will need to be completed.

  • How often should I have my septic tank pumped?

    As one of the top local septic system companies, we recommend having your septic tank pumped regularly. Every residence is different, but we recommend going no longer than three years.

  • Are you open after hours?

    Our plumbing and HVAC company office is open from 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM.  We have after-hour services upon request and for true emergencies. Our phones transfer to our answering service. The person who answers your call will get your information and contact a service professional or manager on call who will get in touch with you.

  • Do you work holidays?

    We work most major holidays except for Veterans Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. Our answering service will take your information, and our office will contact you the next morning for service. We're the HVAC and plumbing company you can rely on all year long.

  • What should I do when my water heater is leaking from the bottom?

    Shut the water off at the shutoff valves on top of the water heater. Then, call Mars Plumbing & Heating. If there are no shutoff valves, find the main valve, shut the water off, and call our plumbing and HVAC company.

  • Can my sewer be fixed without digging up my yard?

    Yes, if your sewer is not collapsed, the pipe health is good, and there is a cleanout, we can provide sewer line repair without digging up your yard.

  • Do you offer financing?

    Yes, our plumbing and HVAC company works with third-party services to assist you with financing.
