Water Heater & Boilers $235/yr
Service includes flush sediment, test pressure/temperature relief valve, test thermocouple for pilot lighting, inspect and clean burner.
Tankless Heater $404/yr
Service includes cleaning screens, remove and clean burner, run vinegar thru system
Drain Cleaning $300/yr
Service includes cleaning and sending camera into line to make sure line stays open and root free. (Add $50 for pull and reset stool)
Septic $175/yr
Service includes checking sludge layer, proper aeration, discharge pipe, and refilling chlorine contact tank. Does not include pumping.
Sump Pumps $175/yr
Service includes flushing/cleaning out sump crock, inspect check valve for proper function, inspect discharge line for leaks, test pump for proper function.
Furnace & Air Conditioners $300/yr
Service includes a 26-point safety check.
Full Home Inspection $550/yr
Service includes all the above plus visual inspection of all water pipes, fixtures, garbage disposal, hose bibs, shut off valves, and gas line connections to plumbing units.
