How the Partner Plus Agreement Works
The Partner Plus Agreement isn’t a single one-size-fits-all plan — it’s a set of annual maintenance services you build around the equipment in your home. Sign up for just the systems you have, or bundle several for the biggest savings. Every plan renews automatically once a year, and every Partner Plus member gets the perks above no matter which services they choose.
Water Heater & Boilers $235/yr
Service includes flush sediment, test pressure/temperature relief valve, test thermocouple for pilot lighting, inspect and clean burner.
Tankless Heater $404/yr
Service includes cleaning screens, remove and clean burner, run vinegar thru system
Drain Cleaning $300/yr
Service includes cleaning and sending camera into line to make sure line stays open and root free. (Add $50 for pull and reset stool)
Septic $175/yr
Service includes checking sludge layer, proper aeration, discharge pipe, and refilling chlorine contact tank. Does not include pumping.
Sump Pumps $175/yr
Service includes flushing/cleaning out sump crock, inspect check valve for proper function, inspect discharge line for leaks, test pump for proper function.
Furnace & Air Conditioners $300/yr
Service includes a 26-point safety check.
Full Home Inspection $550/yr
Service includes all the above plus visual inspection of all water pipes, fixtures, garbage disposal, hose bibs, shut off valves, and gas line connections to plumbing units.

Can I cancel my Partner Plus Agreement?
Yes. Your agreement renews annually, and you can cancel anytime before your renewal date by calling our office. There’s no long-term contract.
Does this cover parts and repairs?
Your annual fee covers the inspection and service listed for each plan. It doesn’t cover replacement parts or repairs, but Partner Plus members save 15% on parts and materials and 5% on installs.
What if I already have an issue with my system?
No problem — give us a call and we’ll take a look. Once the issue is resolved, you can sign up for a maintenance plan to cover the system going forward.
